Data that you provide cannot be viewed by anyone else on the Web and is securely maintained by industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption and decryption technology when needed. We do not share your information with anyone else. If you are engaged in couple therapy or family therapy, your chart belongs to all members of the therapy, therefore the information in each couple therapy or family thearpy chart is accessible by all parties over 18 years of age that participate in the therapy. For this reason, we ask each adult (over the age of 18 to complete their own separate intake and consent form for the chart).
