Note on payment: Your clinician will ask that the session fee be paid at the start of the appointment. We recommend saving the link above on your cell phone for easy access. There are QR codes at the IFTC should you not have access to the link. Unfortunately, our system does not auto-populate invoices or statements. Should you be behind on session fee payments, your clinician may hold off on scheduling follow up appointments until your outstanding balance is satisfied. The Clinical Director may reach out should a session payment not be made. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email IFTC@iona.edu.
Standard Fees: $0 30-minute Consultation via Zoom | $75 Intake Session (first appointment) | $55 Ongoing Weekly Sessions
Copay Match Program: To qualify for our copay match program, please email IFTC@iona.edu a copy of your insurance card or a benefits statement showing what your co-pay would be for mental health services (minimum copay match is $10 per session).
Please not that the Iona Family Therapy Center does not bill insurance directly, as we are a graduate-level clinical training program. However, we will honor your verified copay amount as your out-of-pocket fee.
Should you need to contact your insurance provider to determine your copay, please reference the following CPT Codes corresponding to the services we offer: 90791, 90847, 90846, 90837 and 90834.

If you are engaged in couple therapy or family therapy, your chart belongs to all members of the therapy, therefore the information in each couple therapy or family therapy chart is accessible by all adult participants.
